Yet Maeve is more than a prize to be won, and she’s determined to win the right to decide her own fate. In the court’s deadly game of intrigue, she uses her wits to keep her father’s friends and enemies close—but not too close. 1. Oh, this is a TERRIFIC pick, and one I’ve never heard of!! I’m adding it to my Goodreads TBR right now — I LOVE to read about kick-butt heroines! Besides, I’m a HUGE fan of epic fantasy!! Thank you so much for putting this on my radar!! : )

    • It looks amazing, doesn’t it? I love kick-butt heroines in fantasy as well, although I think this is more traditional fantasy than epic fantasy, of which I am not a huge fan. I like traditional fantasy though.
